This is a feeding stage, they will molt into an L2 followed by a partial molt into an ensheathed, non-feeding, infective L3.

How easy is it to tell between the 3 larval stages? I want to start a culture to infect some mice but am worried the larvae will not have reached the infective stage before administration.
